Original tool / independent refresh planned
Kellogg Board Fellows Optimizer
A tool I built to help administrators match MBA fellows to board internships using ranked preferences.

The problem
The original organizational task was to match fellows to placements using ranked preferences. A matching tool provides a way to work through those preferences and produce placement results.
My role
I originally built the tool, which was used in a more rudimentary form. My repository is a fork of the organization’s project. Any future portfolio refresh is independent; it is not presented as commissioned or adopted by Kellogg.
Decisions and their purpose
- Ranked preferences as the matching input
- Base placement matching on the preferences provided.
What was delivered
- The original, more rudimentary matching tool was used. The organization’s repository is linked separately for attribution.
Planned refinements
- An independent portfolio refresh. It has not been completed or adopted by Kellogg.
